Jual Kera Tein V NPNF

Kera Tein V NPNF®INCI: Hydrolyzed Keratin

An excellent keratin protein made from ovine sources, that helps to protect & strengthen damaged hair.

Keratin is a protective protein, which is found in hair, feathers, wool, and nails. Keratin is distinct from other proteins in that it is rich in cysteine (a sulfur-containing amino acid characteristic of keratin) that cross-links covalently into disulfide bonds and is responsible for its unique strength and protective qualities.

Kera Tein V NPNF® is an excellent film-former. A tough, smooth keratin film coating the hair shaft reduces split ends and improves the hair’s appearance and combability. Keratin proteins bind moisture to the hair
and improve shine, volume, and manageability results. Increased moisture content of the hair gives increased flexibility and tensile strength.

Kera Tein V NPNF® is particularly useful in perm products due to its high cysteine content. Scientific literature has indicated that keratin derivatives containing cysteine can react with broken cysteine bonds in the hair during the perming process and be incorporated into the hair. In addition, hydrolyzed proteins provide a “protective colloid effect” to formulations thereby reducing the harshness of surfactants and other aggressive ingredients.

In skin treatment products, it is ideal for moisture- binding creams and lotions. The condition of skin and hair will continue to improve with time as hair and skin equilibrate, picking up moisture, and thereby helping to restore them to a normal condition.

Jual Finawax

Different types of waxes are incorporated in lithographic, screen, gravure, & flexographic inks. They also find use in some carbon paper, typewriter ribbon, metal decorative and magnetic inks. These waxes impart mar, rub and scuff-resistance, and improved slip and water repellency properties. Small additions of wax are also known to reduce tack without affecting the flow properties of letterpress and lithographic inks.

Rub resistance characteristics are dependant on the particle size, hardness and melting point of the wax added to the ink formulation. FINAWAX, fatty amides, migrate to the surface of the ink by forming a thin layer. The presence of FINAWAX at the surface of the dried ink film reduces the scuff by decreasing the coefficient of friction.

FINAWAX additives improve the slip of flexographic inks. This property is very important when printing on plastic surfaces, which ensures that the coefficient of friction over the printed area is similar to that over the non-printed area, leading to better surface finish and easier processing. FINAWAX-E has been found to be most effective for this application. FINAWAX-O increases the hydrophobicity of the off-set lithographic inks, giving a sharper printed image.

FINAWAX-S is useful in the over-printing and wet-printing of papers. This property is important when the printed surface is to be coated with a varnish or lacquer. Coating with conventional waxes may not adhere over the ink and may result in a non-continuous, defective film. This is also true in applications where a second ink instead of coating is used for over-print.

FINAWAX-S increases the body and improves appearance by better ink lay. It reduces the crawling at the edges of the ink and prevents cracking or chipping of the ink. Low percentages of FINAWAX-S does not effect the gloss of the inks.

FINAWAX-O is used as an adhesion promoter and slip agent in polyamide-based inks especially on polyethylene films for food packaging. Use of 2% FINAWAX-O (on ink) at the grinding stage in offset inks helps to reduce emulsification. It should be added to the resin base and wetting agents are not required.

FINAWAX additives like FINAWAX-O and FINAWAX-S are used as solubilizers, wetting agents, stabilizers for oil-in-water emulsions and ink transfer improvers. They also find applications in dot-matrix ribbons, printer toners and as wax components of ink jet inks. FINAWAX additives are used to give slip and silky feel in inks used for printing beverage cans and metal bottle tops.

The use of FINAWAXES in the printing inks offer the following advantages :

  • Good Slip and Anti-block Properties.
  • Good Scuff and Metal Mark Resistance.
  • Increased Scratch and Rub Resistance.
  • Increased Water Repellancy Properties.
  • Improved Surface Finish.
  • Improved Spreading and Adhesion Properties.

JUAL TEG

TEG/TRIETHYLENE GLYCOL

Triethylene glycol is a colorless liquid with a slight, sweet odor. It properties closely resemble those of diethylene glycol. In many instances, the applications for diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol overlap. Because triethylene glycol has a higher boiling point, it may be used in preference to diethylene glycol when a less volativle compound is required.

Because it has two ether and two hydroxyl groups, TEG is a good solvent for nitrocellulose as well as for various gums and resins. It is miscible with water and many organic solvents. TEG is a solvent used in the formulation of steam-set printing inks.

DMSO or Dimethyl Sulfoxide

DMSO application used as a organic solvent

Dimethyl Sulfoxide ( DMSO ) is a highly safe aprotic polar solvent that dissolves most organis and inorganic compounds. In addition, Dimethyll Sulfide ( DMS), an intermediate raw material of DMSO, is a unique product of Toray Fine Chemicals used in a variety of other fields.

Applications :
Removers and Cleaners
DMSO has extensive application as a remover and cleaner in a number of areas suc as :
・Electronic component cleaners
・Removers
・Plant cleaning agents
・Mold release solvents for motor parts molding

Other applications
use of DMSO is not limited solely to the chemical industry.
・Polymerized yarn solvents
・Extracting solvents
・Dye and Pigment dissolving solvents

DMSO for Agricultural Chemicals
There are two important applications for DMSO in the agrichemical sciences. DMSO is used as a reaction solvent to synthesize agricultural chemicals and as a solvent for the formulation of agrochemical actives.

Formulation: The powerful solvent properties of DMSO allow for high actives loading, resulting in highly concentrated formulations. DMSO is completed miscible in water and is naturally biodegradable.

DMSO is a useful liquid formulation solvent for Imidacloprid, a neonicotinoid insecticide. Imidiacloprid is thought to be the most widely used insecticide in the world (Yamamoto, Izuru (1999).

An important benefit offered by DMSO in agricultural chemical formulations is the ability to dissolve highly insoluble active ingredients. It provides an alternative to more hazardous dipolar aprotic solvents which are being regulated out of agrichemical applications – particularly N-Methyl Pyrollidone (NMP). To learn more about how DMSO is being used to replace NMP.

Examples of agrochemical ingredients which have good DMSO solubility are the imidazolinone herbicides imazethapyr and Imazamethabenz-methyl.
